Endurance Full Speed Recommended Use:
Dissolve 3 g (0.5 scoops) in 100 ml of water using a shaker. Use the preparation for 30 minutes. before planned training.

Do not use before going to bed! Do not consume with other products that are a source of caffeine or other ingredients with a similar effect!
